Answer customer questions through live chat, email, and phone calls
Host discovery calls and sales demonstrations over zoom
Identify, negotiate and close expansion deals within the existing customer base
Manage quarterly check-ins with enterprise customers and drive renewals
Host remote trainings for new customers
Complete RFI/RFP and security questionnaires for prospects
Escalate priority issues to our team of developers
Communicate feature requests and product improvements to our product team
Ensure support and sales documentation is accurate and up to date
3 or more years of software prospecting, sales, or support experience
Comfortable and motivated to work with minimal supervision
Enjoys connecting with customers and learning about their business and challenges
Basic understanding of project management fundamentals
Familiar with SAAS business model
4 day work week (M-Th)
$5000 initial WFH office setup budget, + $500/year continuing stipend
Strong belief in work life balance. You’re done at 4pm. (Don’t expect to hear back from any coworkers you message outside of work hours until the next work day)
