Requirements
3+ years of successful experience in customer success in a SaaS company is a must
Customer success experience in a low-touch environment
Strong understanding of SaaS products and the customer success lifecycle
Mother tongue level speaking & written English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Work in European hours
